Godwin Ngogo Alabraba hailed from the renowned Abonnema community in the Akuku-toru Local Government Area of Rivers State. He dedicated his career to the civil and public service of both colonial and independent Nigeria, demonstrating great skill and honor. He held roles as a professional Tax officer and also served as a commissioner in the former Rivers State Civil Service Commission.
Chief Kingsway Ogbonibiri Warikoru was an esteemed leader hailing from the Odi community in the Kolokuma/Opokuma Local Government of Bayelsa state. He played a significant role in advancing the petroleum sector of Nigeria starting in the 1960s, as well as contributing to the development of the former Rivers State from the 1970s.
