Godwin Ngogo Alabraba hailed from the renowned Abonnema community in the Akuku-toru Local Government Area of Rivers State. He dedicated his career to the civil and public service of both colonial and independent Nigeria, demonstrating great skill and honor. He held roles as a professional Tax officer and also served as a commissioner in the former Rivers State Civil Service Commission.
